Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Because of the nature of our products and fulfillment process, items can't be returned for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@aftermud.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-delivery issues
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, email support@aftermud.com and we'll do our best to assist.
