Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, AfterMud is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aftermud.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
